 riefs.  This is a donation based community event meant to support all typ
 es of grief.  This is a place to witness and be witnessed.  This is a pl
 ace to share in the medicine of the collective while we hold space for our
 selves and others.  This is a trauma-trained and informed space.  We set
  an evident container and all activities are optional.  If you prefer to 
 reflect on your own\, there will be journals or books for use.  There are
  a variety of offerings attuning to the needs of the group. \n\nActivitie
 s may include small group sharing\, group discussions\, guided meditation\
 , journaling\, breathwork\, and gentle movement.\n\nThings that may suppor
